Service: Evaluation of neuropsychological function after COVID-related illness.
Problems

Service: Breathing Exercises for Stress and Heart Health
Problems
Stress can potentially bring about serious biological effects, which may manifest as:
- High blood pressure and related conditions.
- Some forms of headaches and body pains.
- Depression and anxiety.
- Sexual dysfunction.
Assessment Methods
- Clinical interviews

- Psychological tests

- Heart Rate Variability (HRV) training: Machine-assisted breathing exercises to create resonance between breathing rate and heart rate. https://www.biofeedbacksa.co.za/heartratevariability
- NB: Breathing exercises are more effective if the person practices breathing at the resonance frequency (breathing rate per minute) unique to them. This varies from about 4-7 breaths per minute).
- Service: This practice provides psychophysiological assessment, to determine an individual’s resonance frequency. The person can then set this breathing rate on their breathing apps, which one can find from Google Play Store or App Store.
